Rude staff! Shouting at people is not ok

I do most of my shopping at Aldi suisse(I prefer some of the products and my cat won't eat food from anywhere else) and the other half in other stores which are closer to my home.

Yesterday I was I went to aldi to do my recycling of the Plastik and foilen. A very rude woman on the till shouted at me in front of everyone that it was not for hausmoell, which I understood and tried to explain this was just Plastik and foilen.

It doesn't state in your website or on the boxes that you only accept products that have been bought in store. And I also read an artical online on Friday that 70% of the products you recycle are from other stores.

The lady did not ask me. Where the products were from or give me the opportunity explain that they were from aldi.

We then left the store very up set and on our way out we went to use the PET recycling, and she started banging on the window and shouting at us again! 

I take offence to being shouted at in front of people, this is not the way to deal with people in a place of business, and definately not a way to deal with customers.

I understand if these are your rules, but if they are, they are not made clear! On your website or on the boxes. 

From this experience, I will not be shopping at Aldi Suisse any more. I will also discourage my friends and colleagues from doing so.
