Reklamation
On 10.10.2018 I ordered and paid for an "all in one PC" with the order number 31740. The order and payment were confirmed the same day. Since then I receive an automatically generated e-mail every two days with the message that there is a delivery delay, but there is no explanation for the nature of the delay or resolution of the problem. I had almost two months patience and waited for the delivery. I would like to cancel my order now and receive the refund.
