Yallo website not working for months

I'm trying to buy the newly advertised Yallo Fat. (switching from Yallo prepaid to Yallo Fat)


1. I tried to order online but after filling the form the application gives an error 605 saying that it's not possible to order. This is now happening for several weeks, so it's not possible to order online. Isn't Yallo worried that customers cannot order their products?
So web orders are not working.


2. I tried to click the "Contact form" for the Customer Care on the Yallo page but that link is not working and pointing to a page that doesn't exist. How does one write to customer care?
So contacting customer support on the web it's not working.


3. I tried to call the advertised "customer care" on 0840 00 44 88 but there a voice says that this phone number is not valid and that, since 2016 the new phone number to call is: 0900 004 488.
It's the end of 2017 and one wonders why on the website is still advertised a wrong number. Why isn't Yallo updating the content of their web site?
So the advertised customer care number is not working.


4. I tried to call the new 0900 004 488. The voice says that this phone call will be charged 1.5CHF one time. Then after various menus like select language, select prepaid or abonament etc it says: on the weekend they can answer only after 10am.
One wonders why yallo makes the users spend money and choose several menus and spend minutes online if thy are actually not working. They should tell that in the beginning, no?


So, how does one order a Yallo product?
